Gelavena produces sustainable, seasonal and vegan ice cream - based on the local Swiss oat drink from Gutsch. In addition to the oat drink, other direct raw materials from local producers are preferred. In addition, 10 centimes per ice cream is donated to the Pingo Farm in Malawi; a reforestation and biodiversity project in the Salima region. For comparison: the 10 centimes make up a full 5% of a daily income in Salima.
Behind it are Simon Zangger, Sandra Steffen and Claudia Schildknecht. You can now find ice cream in Zurich and Lucerne.
