Artist: Anton Egloff
Anton Egloff's studio is located in Lucerne, on the outskirts of the city, in an area with old trees. It is flooded with light, the inside and outside merge into a new space that gives an insight into an incredibly long and incredibly diverse artist's life. Small and large sculptures, models, collages, small objects and various pictures are neatly in their place. Seemingly fleeting and yet like an invisible composition that carefully places each note exactly in its place. Anton Egloff creates art that combines working with the hands with vast worlds of thought.
Travel with your head and your feet. “Transhelvetica” is the Swiss travel magazine that takes you to mysterious places. It knows every nook and cranny of the country, eats in the best restaurants, ventures into the most dangerous places, visits the most surprising artists and knows exactly how to find its way in the urban jungle and in the wild.
For each issue of Transhelvetica, we engage artists to design a poster based on the magazine's theme.
