Elias Nell grew up in Lucerne. He studied philosophy and sociology in Friborg and Zurich, where he lives and works today. Equipped with a pen and brush, he wanders through streets and cafés, drawn to everyday scenes and special compositions in order to capture them on site with his drawings.
In addition to his work as a freelance illustrator and artist, he works in the catering industry as well as in the book and event industry.
