Prickly sea urchins, softly flowing waves, curly hair, and austere scaffolding: the motifs in this calendar are examined for their softness and prickliness, subtly touching on interpersonal themes such as friendship, love, and community.
The delicate drawings were created by the artist using a set square and stencil and complemented by colorful backgrounds painted with pastel chalks. The calendar was printed using a total of six colors with the risography technique.
Limited edition of 48 pieces.
The printed cover and a silver clip for hanging are included. Format: 19.5 x 11.5 cm

Adelina Lahr is an illustrator from Zurich. She is currently studying Illustration Fiction at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and also works on her own projects, often in collaboration with others.
She prefers to deal with topics that have a personal, social, or political urgency, and enjoys experimenting with different techniques.
